I was thinking of creating a blog about travel, and another on design. Travel blog! Now that’s something I can wrap my mind around! Rambling on about my traveling exploits throughout the world…. The possibilities—they’re endless. On the other hand is design and work and…? Ugh, Not-so-tasty. Maybe alls been said by designers and wanna-be designers, or has it? I could be wrong, but I’ll decide later on the designing blogger debate. Probably won’t though, since I’ve exited my 12 year career as a graphic designer in pursuit of art (and happiness).

Funny as it may be, old things never quite go away, not completely for that matter. Lately I’ve been approached by more people, asking me to design stuff for them, than while I was active in it. And it doesn’t matter to tell ‘em I don’t do it and I don’t want to anymore. They just keep coming back. Hell, I’m even in the process of changing my entire design site over to my new art site. Yet still, the peskies keep coming. Nothing stops “them”. So in the end we buckle… well, maybe not you, but I did. So, I’m set to design again. We’ll see how long that lasts. Probably until school starts up again this fall. After all, I am changing careers.

So back to the blog start-up topic: In the end, I decided to write about nothing at all, after a fashion—mostly so that it is not to be said I cannot make decisions—see! I just made one.
